By claiming ownership you are in violation of this agreement and we reserve the right to terminate your membership with TheRichJerks.net UNAUTHORIZED USE TheRichJerks.net has a zero tolerance for unauthorized use. Anyone found engaging in unauthorized use will be required to meet court in South Carolina, United States for damages done to TheRichJerks.net and this agreement and your account will be terminated immediately. Unauthorized use includes but is not limited to the following: (a) Promoting, selling or marketing of TheRichJerks.net materials by use of unsolicited bulk or SPAM electronic transmission (email) is not permitted. (b) Selling portions of TheRichJerks.net materials such as sites, scripts, software, information, and etc outside of the above agreement. (c) Place, copy or transfer any TheRichJerks.net materials, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THESE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED THEREBY. TheRichJerks.net is in no way responsible for any data loss or damage arising from viral infection from the Internet.
